Keynote and plenary speakers
- Keynote and plenary speakers may present on their own PCs. As the Noyori Conference Centre only has a VGA connection cable, a connector to the speaker’s PC is required.
- Presentations can also be given using a PC prepared by Nagoya University.
- We would like to inform that the presentation file will be copied in advance.
- Slide checks will be available on the Noyori Conference Hall screen before or after the Board Meeting on December 02 (Mon). It is also possible on Tuesday, December 03 (Tue) before the morning and afternoon program (8:00-9:00 and 12:20-13:30). Please allow plenty of time for the checking process, as each person will be checked one at a time.
Presenters from member institutions
- Presenters from member institutions are requested to submit presentation files by November 30 (Sat) for compiling all presentation files in a PC prepared by Nagoya University.
- Please submit the PPT file in a standard style (4:3) by uploading it through the Google Form provided in the email we sent. Please do not include Video in the presentation file, and do not exceed file size over 500 MB.
Note: Presentation files are deleted after the conference and not used for other purposes.
